- 2 acorn squash
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 teaspoon Jack's Blend
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Slice each acorn squash in half, remove seeds and strings with spoon. Cut tablespoon of butter into 4 pieces, place one in each halved squash.
Mix Jack's Blend and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add in apples and mix until covered with Rubarama and brown sugar mixture. Put equal amounts of the apples in each acorn squash.
Set squash halves in baking pan, fill with 1/2" water. Sprinkle the apples with a bit more brown sugar. Cook for 40-50 minutes, until apples are just starting brown.
