These are so flavorful and easy and great on the grill or in the oven.
- 1 pound bacon, cut in half
- Dill pickle, sliced 1/4" thick
- Jack's Blend Rubarama
Lay bacon flat and sprinkle with Jack's Blend.
Place one dill chip on an end of the bacon and fold the other end of bacon over the first pickle. Place the second pickle on top of the folded bacon and fold the remaining bacon back over the top pickle so that you have an S shape.

You can secure these with a toothpick, but we found it wasn't necessary.
When you have finished making the stacks, sprinkle a little Jack's Blend over the tops.
Cook or grill at 350º for 15-20 minutes. The thicker the cut of bacon, the longer it will take.
If you opt to cook these in your oven, using a pan or cookie sheet with an inset rack is great as the excess fat and pickle juices will drain and allow for a crisper and more flavorful snack.
