When it comes to bagel lovers, we all have our own favorite variety. We also tend to be allegiant to a specific bagel baker. For us, it's Bo's Bagels in Harlem. Sure, it's just around the corner from the Rubarama Test Kitchen, but we'd still head over there even if it wasn't close.
We each get our go-to bagel and then smear it with our Rubarama cream cheese. That's right, we are infiltrating your breakfast, too!
Just take 8 ounces of your favorite cream cheese and blend or whip in 1 teaspoon of our Jack's Blend. You can opt for our No. 4 if you want more of a kick with your breakfast. Then smear away! If you are in New York — or can get one of your friends to schlep some to you — definitely try Bo's Bagels.
