- 2 cups shrimp, cooked, veins and tails removed
- 2 cups zucchini noodles, cooked
- 2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon No. 4 Rubarama
Prepare the shrimp in water and put aside. Just barely undercook the noodles, drain, plate, and cover them. Melt butter in a sauté pan with the hot sauce, stir in Rubarama. Gently toss the cooked shrimp in the mixture and pour on top of the noodles.
Quick, easy, delicious and fresh. Makes 2-4 servings.
