- 1 cup of buttermilk, more if necessary to cover
- 1 tablespoon Jack's Blend Rubarama
- 2 cups pretzel breadcrumbs, freshly ground
- Olive oil
Place chicken in a bowl or a Ziplock bag, pour in enough buttermilk to cover. Add a tablespoon of Jack's Blend for each cup of buttermilk. Let sit in a fridge overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400º F. Lightly spray a baking pan with olive oil.
In a food processor, grind up enough pretzels and/or pretzel bread in order to make 2 cups. Dredge the drumsticks through the pretzel crumbs and immediately place on baking pan. Spray tops of the chicken with olive oil.
Cook for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
