This is so easy and delicious. Make it on a Sunday and have it for the rest of the week.
- 4 pounds chicken breast or thighs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons of No. 4 Spice Blend
Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix together water, vinegar, and Rubarama and then pour over chicken. Turn on slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours. If you want to cook on low, expect it to take about 6-7 hours.
Shred chicken with forks and serve. Add your favorite barbecue sauce for more flavor.
What we used: Rubarama No. 4 Spice Blend, Slow Cooker
If you want a sweeter version, substitute orange juice for the water and use our Jack's Blend.
