This is a quick and easy vinaigrette.
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Rubarama
Mix together (or shake in a sealed jar) and serve. If you have extra, cover and save. It will separate so shake again before serving.
What we used: Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, Rubarama, and Bormioli Glass Jar because they don't leak when you shake them and they clean up so easily.
