- 1 pound unsalted cashews
- 2 teaspoons Rubarama
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spread the cashews on a sheet pan and toast in oven until warm, approximately 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine Rubarama and melted butter. Add in cashews and toss. Serve warm.
What we used: Rubarama No. 4 and Kerrygold Butter because it's one of the best.
