- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon No. 4 Rubarama
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 jalapeño, sliced and seeded
- 1 cup, cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 scallion, diced
- Soft corn or flour tortilla
In a large skillet or wok, cook onions, green peppers, beef, Rubarama, and Worcestershire sauce until beef is cooked through. Quickly add jalapeño, remove from heat, and stir. Fill tortillas with beef mixture and add cheese, red peppers, tomatoes, and scallions as desired.
