- 3 cups bread flour (all-purpose can be used)
- 3 teaspoons of dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons of Rubarama (we like No. 4)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
Use the dough hook on your mixer or the dough blade on your food processor and mix together flour, yeast, Rubarama, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Start the mixer/processor and slowly pour in water.
When the dough forms into a ball, remove it and knead on a lightly floured surface.
Place into a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let dough sit for 30 minutes.
Gently punch out the excess air and knead the dough.
Yields enough dough for an 18" pizza crust.
